Summary
One winner will be chosen at random on October 28, 2025. The prize is a $1,000 LoQ gift card, redeemable online and valid for one year. Entry closes on October 27, 2025 at 11:59 PM PST. 1. Sponsor
10 Years of LoQ Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by LoQ LLC, located at 719 S. Los Angeles St. Ste 227, Los Angeles, CA 90014 (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to anyone 18 years or older at the time of entry, regardless of country of residence. Employees of LoQ, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members are not eligible to enter or win.
3. Entry Period
The Giveaway begins at 12:00 PM on October 14, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM PST on October 27, 2025 (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted after the Entry Period will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete the survey on the designated site during the Entry Period. Limit one entry per person. No purchase is necessary to enter.
5. Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by LoQ or its designated representatives on October 28, 2025. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
6. Prize
The winner will receive a $1,000 LoQ gift card, redeemable for online purchases at LoQ’s website only. The gift card must be used within one (1) year of issuance. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.
International participants: The winner is responsible for any applicable shipping costs, taxes, duties, or fees in their country of residence.
7. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified by email or phone within five (5) business days after the drawing. The winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification to claim the gift card. If the winner does not respond within the specified timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected at the Sponsor’s discretion.
8. Publicity
By participating, the winner consents to the use of their name, likeness, and responses for promotional purposes, including social media, advertising campaigns, and website features, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. Release
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless LoQ, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, claims, or damages arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
10. General Conditions
LoQ reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors compromise the integrity of the Giveaway. The Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.
11. Limitations of Liability
LoQ is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind.
12. Governing Law
The Giveaway and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law principles. Participants agree that any disputes will be resolved in the courts of California.
