  • All orders ship from Los Angeles, California. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing before shipment.
  • Free shipping is available at checkout for US orders over $400.
  • Delivery times vary by courier and destination. Estimated transit timelines are shown at checkout.
  • The price of our shoes does not include taxes or import duties. International customers are responsible for any additional costs imposed by the local government upon delivery to the destination country.
  • Once your package is delivered by the carrier LoQ is no longer responsible for the package. We always recommend having your order shipped to an address where someone is available to accept the package. 
  • For expedited shipping, email customercare@loq.us before placing your order.
  • International deliveries that are refused and returned to sender will incur a 10% restocking fee deducted from their refund. The original shipping cost will not be refunded.
