Any full-price, undamaged, and unused items can be returned for refund or exchange by contacting us within 7 business days of delivery date. After 7 business days all sales are final.

US customers receive free domestic shipping via USPS Priority Mail.
Once your package is delivered by the carrier LoQ is no longer responsible for the package. We always recommend having your order shipped to an address where someone is available to accept the package.
International customers pay for shipping via DHL Express, and cost is calculated at checkout.

The price of our shoes does not include taxes or import duties. International customers are responsible for any additional costs imposed by the local government upon delivery to the destination country.
International customers who refuse delivery of their package will incur a 10% restocking fee deducted from their refund. The original shipping cost will not be refunded.
